English club Wolverhampton Wanderers are taking part along with teams from the Netherlands and Germany.
Bonner, who attended a series of trials for the U17 squad earlier in the year, got a confirmation letter from team manager John Morling last week. He is the only Donegal player to make the panel.
The FAI development squads are designed to give the best young players in Ireland not on the books of clubs in England or Scotland a chance to gain experience of International competition.

lifted the U16 Foyle Cup with the Irish development squad last summer and the Cockhill youngster will be hoping for more success in Amsterdam.
Bonner, who is comfortable at left back or as a left midfielder will not have to miss any games for Buncrana Hearts over the next couple of weeks as the league is on a mid-season break and doesn’t resume until mid August.
The Irish U17 development team meet up in Dublin next Wednesday, the 6th of August, and fly out the following morning for their first group match later that day.
Bonner is hopeful of making the U18 development squad next season.
