Culdaff Boil Water
Notice
10.09.25
Update 24 September
2025:
Culdaff Boil Water Notice lifted
The Boil Water Notice on the Culdaff Public Water Supply
has been lifted with immediate effect.
UISCE Éireann continues to work to lift the Boil Water
Notice in place for customers on the Culdaff Public
Water Supply. Following a deterioration in the raw water
quality, the notice was issued in mid-August to protect
the health of approximately 1,300 people on the supply.
All those on the Culdaff Water Supply are advised to
continue boiling their water before use until further
notice.
You can check if your property is included under the
Boil Water Notice by visiting www.water.ie and entering
your property’s Eircode. |

Uisce Éireann’s Damien
O’Sullivan said that his team is working to lift the

acknowledge the inconvenience that the Boil Water Notice
is causing the local community, but public health is
Uisce Éireann’s number one priority and this notice is
in place to protect the health of customers on the
supply.
Drinking water experts from Uisce Éireann are working,
in consultation with the HSE, to lift the notice and we
thank those affected for their patience.” |
