Enjoy Summer Stars
at your library
06.06.25
DONEGAL Library Service is
thrilled to announce a comprehensive programme of events
for children this summer.
Buncrana, Carndonagh and Moville libraries will be
offering a diverse range of activities, creating a fun
and engaging environment. Through a series of hands-on
workshops, live story sessions, and interactive
activities, your local library aims to foster a lifelong
love for books and learning in children of all ages. |
 |
Summer Stars promises a
diverse range of activities that appeal to various
interests. With activities like mini golf, Lego
challenges, painting and craft classes, manga art, baby
techno raves, puppetry, and friendship bracelet making,
the Summer Stars Programme truly makes sure that there
is something for everyone this summer.
Each participant will receive incentives along the way
when they sign up for Summer Stars. To encourage reading
goals, there will be prizes for those who sign up in
their local branch.
In our quest to Plant the Reading Seed, participants in
the 2025 summer programme can also look forward to
receiving a seeded bookmark allowing children across the
county to experience the joy of watching their flowers
bloom and grow. |

Summer Stars is taking
place in Inishowen libraries this summer. |
Visit your nearest library
branch to register your children in the comprehensive
schedule of events. It is an opportunity for them to
meet new friends, learn something new and be in with the
chance to win prizes as they do so.
