Lease on Moville Putting Green up for grabs 01.03.16

DONEGAL County Council is seeking expressions of interest for the lease on the former Moville Putting Green.
The contract will be a summertime lease over the next three years.
Applicants will be asked to outline their intended use of the Putting Green and explain how the proposal will benefit the local community.
Council roads area manager Seamus Hopkins, said the facility, located in a panoramic seaside location, is versatile and suitable for a number of leisure activities.
“The Putting Green is a wonderful resource not only for Moville but for the entire Inishowen Peninsula. With some of the most scenic views over Lough Foyle, the Putting Green could be an ideal location for a wide range of activity," he said.
"We are keen to ensure that the Putting Green will continue to be an important resource for the local community in Moville and we are asking those interested to outline how their proposal will benefit the local community.”

The successful applicant will be selected by the elected members of Inishowen Municipal District.
Expressions of interest may be emailed to frontdeskcarndonagh@donegalcoco.ie or in writing to Roads Department, Carndonagh Public Services Centre, Main Street, Carndonagh, F93 YV1N. Envelopes should be marked 'Moville Putting Green'. Closing date is Friday, March 11, 2016 at 4pm.
