Local sports stars get their kit off 02.12.13

A HOST of Inishowen sports stars have got their kits off for a calendar in aid of the Irish Cancer Society.
The calendar will go on sale this Saturday night with a launch in O'Flaherty's Bar, Main Street, Buncrana.
It features club members from Carndonagh Ladies GAA, Malin GAA, Culdaff FC and members of a number of local fitness outlets and gyms.
There are also special appearances from two Finn Harps players and a local boxing icon.

Organiser Megan Kelly said the calendar is for "a great cause" and she thanked all the participants for their enthusiasm and support of the project.
"Everyone is affected by cancer in one way or another so this will hopefully raise funds for something so important.
"We are holding our launch night in O'Flaherty's this Saturday night, and we are inviting all the participants, sponsors and the general public to come in for a drink, a laugh and maybe a calendar," said Megan.
"I would like to especially thank Donal Kearney for taking the photos; Stephen Quigley for producing the layout of the calendar; Bernard at Swilly Print and everyone who sponsored the calendar. Your help is very much appreciated."
The calendar is €7 and all proceeds will go to the Irish Cancer Society.
