All roads lead to Moville DylanFest 02.07.08

ALL roads lead to Moville this weekend for the second ever local festival of Bob Dylan music - DylanFest.
The organisers hope to build on the success of last year's inaugural event with Dyan fans expected from all over the region and further afield.
The Chris Winters Band playing at last year's DylanFest. An action-packed programme of events is lined up mixing the best from last year with the best acts from all over Europe.
The line-up includes Steph Buhe from France, PetTommy and the Brokenhearts from Germany and Slow Train Band from Italy. Afterwards there will be Dylan acts on the DylanFest pub trail throughout Moville.
The festival runs from Thursday
night, July 3 through to Sunday, July 6, and will feature Josh McClurg, who is also booked to play DylanFest in his home city of Manchester this year.Another popular band making a welcome return to the Foyleside town this year are the Phantom Engineers who were the highlight of last year's DylanFest.
A Dylan music table quiz and open mic are two of the features of Sunday afternoon's entertainment.
For the festival finale - No Direction Home - on Sunday night, there will be live music and Dylan DJs in all seven participating pubs.
"This is a particularly good night as many of the musicians who have finished playing come to see those playing on the final night and like to join in with them," said organiser Gerry McLaughlin. To see some of the action from last year's festival, click here
