Carn sisters on top of the world 16.06.08

TWO Carndonagh sisters are on top of the world after climbing the four highest mountains in Ireland.
Josephine and Noreen McCallion took part in the Four Peaks Challenge to raise money for Focus Ireland which helps the homeless.
"The challenge consisted of climbing the highest mountain peaks in each of the four provinces - Carrauntoohill in Co Kerry, Mweelera in Co Mayo, Slieve Donard in Co Down and Lugnaquilla in Co Wicklow. We did the four mountains in three days," explained Josephine.

during the race night we held." The Carn women's team included pals Brenda Twohig from Cork, Deirdre O'Farrell from Dublin and their "great drivers", Josephine and Noreen's sister Siobhan and Brian Sinnott from Wexford. "It was a fun, challenging but very rewarding weekend," added Josephine.
