Covid cases rise sharply in Inishowen 08.10.20

The incidence of Coronavirus has risen dramatically in Inishowen, according to the latest statistics on Ireland's COVID-19 Data Hub . The figures, released today, show that in the fourteen days up to Monday, 5th of October, the rate of infection has increased in North Inishowen to 59 cases. In South Inishowen the number of cases has risen to 54.
The stark data follows the government’s decision to move the country to Level Three restrictions. These restrictions were introduced on 6th of October and will continue until Tuesday, 27th of October.

South Inishowen: 54 cases (241 per 100k)
