Gardai renew appeal in Buncrana murder 09.02.18

GARDAI in Buncrana have renewed their appeal for information five years after the murder of a Derryman in the town.
Investigators believe those involved in killing Andrew Allen (24) on February 9, 2012 are still being sheltered by others and may also have received help in planning the murder and destroying evidence.
Mr Allen was murdered in his home at Links View Park, Lisfannon, in front of his partner at approximately 9.20pm. He received a number of gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. A silver Vauxhall Cavalier car, believed to be involved in the crime, was located on fire three miles away at Churchbrea, Fahan, after the shooting.
