Gardaí renew appeal in Andrew Allen murder 11.02.15

GARDAÍ in Buncrana have renewed their appeal for information in relation to the fatal shooting of Andrew Allen in the seaside town three years ago.
Last Monday, February 9, marked the third anniversary of the Derryman's murder.
Mr Allen was shot dead in a downstairs bedroom of a house at Links View Park at about 9.22pm.
The father-of-two, originally from the Top of the Hill in the Waterside, had been living at the Lisfannon property with his partner for some six months before the killing.
She was in the property when the killers struck and was left traumatised by the incident.
Gardaí later released a photo of the getaway car, a grey Vauxhall Cavalier with the registration number SJI 2117.
After the shooting, the vehicle was driven to the townland of Ballyhone, Fahan, and burned out.
A garda spokesperson said today: "A number of arrests have been made by investigating gardaí into this murder and we are working closely with our colleagues in the Police Service of Northern Ireland."
