Daniel pens song for cancer patient 24.05.12

SINGER DANIEL O'Donnell has written a new song to raise thousands of euro for cancer patients. The single, called 'I'll See this Journey Through', will be released this weekend as part of the Irish Cancer Society's Relay for Life fundraiser.
Daniel will join the Donegal Relay for Life teams as they undertake their challenge at LYIT this weekend.
The 24-hour event will run from 6pm on Saturday until 6pm on Sunday and the Kincasslagh-born singer intends to visit on both days. Relay For Life involves some 6000 communities around the world where teams of people gather for 24 hours and walk around a track to "symbolise the journey faced by people who are touched by cancer".
Daniel co-wrote the new charity single with Marc Roberts especially for the fundraiser. It will retail at €6.50 in Ireland and €7 globally. For more information or to order the CD please email relayforlifedonegal@gmail.com
